My Top 5 Success Tips

- get up early and journal and pray...that keeps me grounded for the day..gets my emotional stuff down on paper and out of my head. It helps keep me present and handle the day's challenges more gracefully and kindly (is that a word...I don't know!) It means I am less likely to slip into psycho mad woman mode!
- Gratitude: I focus on what I am grateful for...cheques in the post, my home, my friends, my health, a sunset, warm water.
- Do it today. Reply to e-mails, pay bills, send out invoices, declutter. Over the last couple of years (after a request from my coach) I have worked to complete things as I go along...
- Walk/spend time in Nature. I am fortunate to live in Connemara, a spectacularly beautiful place...and find that time spent walking and observing Nature charges my batteries.
- Be generous. I focus on being generous with my time and money...and if I can help someone (without me feeling martyred!) I will...
- Yes, I know this is extra...but have FUN, have a bit of CRAIC...life goes better with good humour!
